Board of Directors: The Board of Directors is dedicated to having directors who are active and engaged and are willing to make the time to help set strategic goals, provide organizational leadership, promote Montana FCCLA to all stakeholders, identify and approve policy, provide fiscal and fiduciary oversight and assist in raising funds for sustainable operations.

Vision 2029 Strategic Plan: Our five-year strategic plan guides the Board of Directors and organization in becoming a stronger and more sustainable organization. The strategic plan is a product of collaboration among members, advisers and the board of directors through feedback at the Leadership Seminar, surveys and a Town Hall meeting.
State Executive Council: The SEC council is a critical and important element of leadership development of our students. For that purpose, each of the nine districts of the Montana Association shall elect a District President by means of the statewide election process. These individuals shall serve as members of the State Executive Council. In addition, up to two students may be selected as National Officer Candidates.
