By February 15, complete the registration form for 2026-27 ProStart Culinary and Management Competitions
By March 1, teams must submit the following required documents to [email protected]
Culinary Teams:
- Work Based Hours Log per student
- Competition Waivers (see below) per student
- Dish Request
- An electronic copy of the menu, recipes, and photographs of the dishes your team will prepare in one pdf document
Management Teams:
- Work Based Hours Log per student
- Competition Waivers (see below) per student
