Annually, the National FCCLA organization conducts several events which bring students from throughout the United States together to enhance their leadership skills, compete and develop life-long friendships.
National Capitol Leadership

Capitol Leadership is returning bigger and better in 2025! An additional day of leadership training has been added to the itinerary to ensure student leaders develop their leadership skills while promoting their continual need and support for FCS and CTE education.

FCCLA has joined forces with the Disney Imagination Campus at both Anaheim and Orlando parks to offer Disney-led Leadership and Teamwork sessions within the Disney parks. Capacity is limited. This is a unique opportunity to learn valuable skills within a small group outside of the classroom experience.
Students can select two of the four Disney Imagination Campus sessions. All sessions occur within Disney theme parks. A limited number of chaperones can accompany the sessions.

National Leadership Conference
July 5-9, 2025 in Orlando, FL
Over 7,000 students and advisers attend the National Leadership Conference to compete in competitive events, receive recognition, develop leadership skills, meet new people and experience an amazing city.

Chapters will register themselves through the National FCCLA Portal. Once the meeting registration is complete, the adviser will receive an email with instructions for making lodging reservations.
