ProStart is a two-year curriculum program designed to prepare secondary school students for success in the hospitality field. Students learn in the classroom and are mentored by those working in the industry; a powerful combination that results in increased student achievement. Benefits for students include Certificates of Achievement (COA), eligibility for state and national level competition in the Culinary and Management competitions, and scholarship and recognition opportunities.
