The Montana FCCLA Fall Leadership Rally is back for 2026!

Lodging and Location:
- All sessions are held at the Billings Convention Center
- Conference lodging is offered at the Billings Convention Center at a rate of $122 plus tax. This includes a breakfast buffet on Monday

Dress Code:
The Montana FCCLA dress code must be followed.
- Students: Red, white or black polo or oxford shirt; may include FCCLA logo. Chapter polo’s in the school colors may be worn if they have a collar and the FCCLA emblem.
- Black or khaki slacks or skirts that are two inches above the knee.
- Nice shoes.
- Adults: Business casual or student dress code.
Registration Policies:
- The full registration packet is here; schedule and presenters are subject to change.
- Space is limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early registration through September 1 is offered for $75 per participant, regardless of track. Registrations completed between September 2-13 are offered at $100 per participant. Registration closes September 13. Registration includes an attendee gift, event materials, dinner Sunday, and lunch on Monday. Registration is pending availability; space is limited.
- Chaperone policy: 1 adult per 8 students
- Affiliated member: Attendees do not need to be affiliated members before attending; however it is highly encouraged. By registering attendees, advisers agree to affiliate students attending by December 1, 2026.
- Cancellation: Refunds are not available for cancellations. Substitutions may be made online until September 13.
- Code of Conduct: Advisers are responsible for collecting signed Code of Conduct forms for each attendee.
- Attendees: A chapter may register:
- up to 3 members for the Chapter Leader Track
- up to 3 members for the Chapter /District Officer Track
- up to 3 members for the State Outreach Project Leader Track
- any district officers (including State Officer)
- any advisers

Invoices are immediately available in the registration system; Montana FCCLA will be accepting credit cards as payment during registration.

Montana FCCLA Fall Leadership Rally Exhibitor Policy
In an effort to promote participation opportunities which support chapter fundraising needs and our annual State Outreach Project, Montana FCCLA will be offering a limited number of exhibitor tables at the 2026 Fall Leadership Rally in Billings, Montana, September 27-28.
Location: Billings Hotel and Convention Center
Schedule: Exhibitors are encouraged to set up from 10:30 AM-12:15 PM on Sunday, September 27. Rally student and adviser attendees will be encouraged to visit exhibits during arrival and registration times from 12:15-2:15 on Sunday.
Participating Exhibitors will include fundraising representatives and organizations offering resources to support Career Connection, the 2026-27 Montana FCCLA State Outreach Project
Cost: Participating exhibitors will pay a $100 fee to exhibit. Each exhibit includes one 8’ rectangle skirted table and two chairs. Please use this link to complete an electronic payment before September 1. Payment does not guarantee participation; all participants must be approved by the Montana FCCLA Board of Directors. In the event that a participant registers and is unable to attend, the Montana FCCLA State Director must be notified of the cancellation by September 8 in order to receive a refund. After September 8, no refunds will be honored.
Registration: Participating exhibitors will register using the form below. Participants are encouraged to register early, as space is limited. Registrations must be completed by September 1, 2026.
