Scholarships & Grants

Personal growth and leadership development are at the forefront of the FCCLA Mission.  By completing projects for service learning and participating in competitive events, students develop skills that last a lifetime from creative and critical thinking to practical knowledge and career preparation.  Two scholarships are awarded.

Two $500 scholarships are awarded by the MT FCCLA Board of Directors to recognize students who exemplify the purposes of FCCLA.

• At least one of these scholarships will be focused on leadership at the local level.
• Priority will be given to a student exemplifying the purposes of FCCLA and pursuing a career in a Family & Consumer Sciences related field . This award is supported by the Montana affiliate of AAFCS.
• While not required, it is strongly encouraged that scholarship recipients attend the Montana FCCLA State Leadership Conference when receiving the scholarship award

Eligibility:

• Current Montana FCCLA Member or Alumni and Associates
• Attendance at an accredited post-secondary institution
• Demonstrate exceptional scholastic promise and leadership
